This is where you will download the form required for us to process your grant request for your agency for the BobCOP System.
We first must obtain from you on letterhead permisson to authorize us on your behalf for the grant. This must be a State of Permission with authorizaion and approval from your city council or board of directors. Sign and date the letter and fax it to us along with out form to the fax number indicated on it.
