Please note: completing the registration does not mean that you have been accepted or committed.  We must contact you physically and obtain a verbal agreement along with this.  So, please feel free to continue the entire registration.  It is also mentioned in the agreement online.

How the TEG Grant Fund works

1.   Sign up on BobCOP by clicking on the 'Register' link. 

2.   Complete the registration process.  Completion does not mean you are held to agreement until both parties agree by phone on this system.

3.   Your information is matched with the information we have on file about your city, department and all census.

4.   Determination is decided upon the combination of facts for final outcome.

5.   Notification is then given back to the agency.  If agency decides to continue then an account is created and access is granted.

6.   TEG transfers funds from Grant Fund directly to Tekbrokers VENTURES, LLC for the amount decided upon for the period of newly signed agency. 

7.   Your agency will qualify for this grant depending on your size and population and this will determine what amount you will pay for any BobCOP products/services.  The TEG Grant Fund will cover most of this systems costs and can continue on an indefinite basis by continued use of the BobCOP systems.

8.   There is a reasonable set-up fee that is not covered by the Grant Fund.  Unless there is a change, we must charge this.  This is only a one-time fee and affordable.

Funded Agencies:  First Come First Served Basis

Funding Length:  Indefinite

Additional Costs:  Bandwidth and Storage costs if exceeding limit on servers.  The cost of bandwidth is very low, usually under $5.00 per month extra.  Most never see or meet this level.

There is an installation cost associated with all other products/services (Police Officer Reporting System and BobCOP 5 Server Software) we offer that is not covered by the Grant Fund.  All our products and services are covered under the grant, but installation costs is not covered on these products and services according to the agreement from TEG.  Please contact us for what amount would be charged for your agency.

WHY THIS GRANT?  This grant for the purpose of assisting our nations law enforcement by allowing them to further their capabilities using advanced systems whether or not they can afford it.  The money given into this grant fund is a generous gift from The Elkan Group, LLC.  Their goal is your goal and is intended for all agencies to be brought into the 21st Century with state-of-the-art highly advanced technology that will not break an agencies budget.
