The Child ID Kit was designed by Samuel Anderson the current President of ComAlert, LLC and Managing Partner of Tekbrokers VENTURES, LLC and developed by ComAlert, LLC.

Since the success of ComAlert being an online portal for law enforcement agencies and emergency communications services for various counties and cities across the country including the missing person feature on the website alone for personal accounts, Samuel had decided that there needed to be a more secure and private way of handling a persons personal information without it being left online and the party feeling uneasy about having to provide that much personal information.

"I felt that if it were me, why would I want to put my personal information out there", says Anderson. 

So, it was impressed upon him after several discussions with partners and developers to design and develop the program and we decided to call it 'The Child ID Kit'.  Although it can be used for anyone, we thought it appropriate to use.

This is where Leadership University, a non-profit corporation and entity came in to help provide the necessary and continued efforts in keeping this site up and running including getting the word out about it.  Samuel Anderson is also a Director on this board.

"We feel good that we have a partner that has taken this and decided to run with it, I feel good about it and I know it's going to be a success", says Anderson.

ComAlert is continuing to develop the next stage of the ComAlert Emergency Alert System which will be even more enhanced and filled with many features of communications for all law enforcement agencies including fire and homeland security directors.  Look for it in 2007.
